Experience Christian Yoga Today

If you’ve ever wondered how to find inner peace while connecting with God’s Word, you are not alone. Christian yoga brings it all together - mind, body, soul, and Christ. So many individuals dream of peeling away the layers that prevent them from uncovering their real purpose in life. The individuals that attend classes at Christian Yoga Project are often amazed by the transformation they experience.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is— his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Romans 12:2

What to Expect at Christian Yoga Class

Christian Yoga Project offers intimate classes so we can personalize the experience to those in attendance. Each class begins with a guided meditation that helps students be patient, still, and listen. Through meditation, individuals learn techniques that help them slow down in the rest of their life. Along with reflection, Christian yoga classes include excerpts of scripture and creates a safe space for more individuals to connect with God’s word and message.

Meditation and scripture are weaved throughout the yoga classes as participants learn various yoga poses and techniques. It is our goal to help students stretch the mind, body, and thoughts to feel a deeper connection with God.

“Teacher training was a beautiful experience , I shared in so much joy, laughter, and life with all of the students. It was truly a Christian retreat where healing occurred while we learned to be better yoga practitioners and teachers.”

John Tomick, Virginia
